Bathed in light that filters through beautiful windows, our Spa is designed to delight your senses, allowing you to relax and recharge.
Along with its contemporary stone and wood décor, our Spa offers a multi-sensory shower, a steam room, a sauna, and a relaxation area where you can enjoy a cup of fine herbal tea. We also have a special room for beauty treatments and massages. The Général d’Elbée has partnered with NUXE®, the expert in natural cosmetics.

THE SPA EXPERIENCE
ARRIVAL
If you arrive late, please note that your treatment time will be shortened accordingly out of respect for the next guest. We kindly request that you arrive ten minutes before your appointment to avoid delaying the treatments.
CANCELLATION
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
If you have any health issues (poor circulation, allergies, asthma or other conditions) or if you are pregnant, please inform our personnel, as certain treatments may not be suitable for you. If you are pregnant, please bring a medical authorisation with you to your appointment. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to receive body treatments and massages*.
TREATMENTS
The times indicated correspond to the effective treatment time. Treatments purchased may not be transferred or refunded. Packages may not be separated or altered and must be completed in one visit. We recommend that gentlemen shave at least an hour before enjoying a facial treatment.
BEAUTY GIFT CERTIFICATES
Beauty gift certificates are valid for one year from the date they are issued. They are issued for a specific individual and are non-refundable. Promotional offers may not be combined. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment, the beauty gift certificate will be considered voided and the amount will not be refunded or discounted. No exceptions will be granted.
